Message which I hope is the main goal here, then who is more able to make the decision? We all know that even one drink changes our ability to be rational. If my family member gets killed by a drunk driver, I really don't give a shit who's to blame. I just want it to not have happened. Punishing drunks has some effect, but not much. Bars make profit from selling drugs, and should be responsible in doing so. Also, it would be cheaper, than the current system of courts and prisons, to equip every car in the country with a devise (passive, so that you don't have to blow or do anything) that would keep any drunk driving from ever happening again, but we all scream about our "rights" to not have that on our car. So aren't we "responsible" for refusing a system that would save lives?
